Founded in 2020, Rider Support Australia was born to fill a gap in the market to support motorcyclists by offering a straight forward, dedicated service to help riders when they're stuck on a ride. Our plans are simple to understand and contain features useful should you be broken down. We strive to bring features, like combining accommodation and hire car benefits, to ensure our members are supported. We work with network of around 900 contractors around Australia to ensure fast an appropriate help, with a focus on motorcycle specialists whenever possible.

Our team have worked within the motorcycle industry for over 20 years with manufacturers, distributors, race teams and events, and we are motivated to continue to develop our offering to bring our customers reliable support that they can depend on, no matter where they are.

If you find yourself in need of towing, you have the freedom to choose where you would like to be taken. If that location is beyond the included free towing limit, there will be a charge per kilometre, however it can vary since we use such a large network of contractors. We will be able to confirm that cost for you at the time of calling so you can make an informed decision.

Motorcycle brands (manufacturers) that we cover include, but are not limited to: Aprilia, Benelli, Beta, BMW, Boom Trike, Buell, Can-Am, CFMoto, Daelim, Ducati, Harley Davidson, Honda, Husqvarna, Hyosung, Indian, Kawasaki, KTM, Kymco, Lambretta, Moto Guzzi, MV Augusta, MZ, Norton, Peugeot, Piaggio, Royal Enfield, Suzuki, Sym, Triumph, Vespa, Victory, Vincent, Yamaha, Znen. Should your manufacturer not be listed, please email us to look into adding it for you.

While our office only operates during normal business hours, our roadside assistance phone room is manned 24 hours a days, seven days a week. Due to privacy and security reasons, we prefer not to take credit card details over the phone. Non-members are able to access immediate Roadside Assistance by becoming a Premium member and selecting Emergency assistance. This is available online, 24 hours a day. Once you join, you will receive confirmation of your membership, followed by an additional email five to 10 minutes later confirming that your details have been manually pushed through the network and you are able to call our 24/7 phone room.
